Any decent secluded beaches in September?

Are there any good, clear water beaches that are somewhat secluded in Koh Samui?

Also, are there any waterfront locations for $30-50 for a double room? If so, where and if not what%26#39;s the lowest price I could find something like that for in the beginning of Sept.

An area that fits what you are after could be Chaweng Noi or even the area a little further round Thongtakien..Have look at this link for some hotels in these areas
