How to contact Sam the driver?

Hi

We are first timers on the forum (first time writing anyway - we have read hundreds of comments over the last couple of months). Sometimes think we have read too much, as we are now scared to death of using our credit card, daren%26#39;t go swimming in the sea and fully expect to get bit to death by mozzies. We are going to Phuket for the first time - two weeks today, and quite like the sound of hiring a driver for the day.

I have seen Sam%26#39;s name crop up a few times - does anyone know how to contact him?

Usually used to holidaying in Europe or USA, the furthest east we have travelled is Turkey. Hopefully the kids are going to enjoy a very different experience to what they have been used to (theme parks, British pubs / food and more theme parks)
