Hi Danny,

Try latestays they have some really good deals on there at the moment:

Lebua at State Tower - 9100baht reduced to 4300

Davis - 5000 reduced to 2690

Woraburi Sukhumvit - 1900 reduced to 1000

And quite a few more.

Last minute bookings for hotel??

thanks Sarah!!

In this website, there are 17 hotels in Bangkok. Check their ';no cancellation, no refund'; rates. Very good. Starting from about 900 Baht for Ibis chain.

www.accorhotels.com

Compare the prices you find elsewhere at www.wotif.com

If they are any cheaper, a booking through them is confirmed instantly.

For the Woraburi Sukhumvit, you can book directly through the hotel website and get the same rates - The Davis is only about 400 baht more, I suspect others are the same.

Make sure you research the rates and conditions before going with the last minute web sites - you could get somewhere you don%26#39;t want to be. By booking directly with the hotel you have more flexibilty to change rooms or cancel if needed.

Danny, try www.travelsupermarket.com - it%26#39;s a comparison website which trawls all the others like asiarooms, lastminute, quickrooms, octopus, alpharooms etc.Another one to try is www.bangkok.com which seems to have some good deals too. Good luck! , Rory

Fourb2, I regularly use wotif around the world - but for some reason, for Thailand they are simply terrible. Their rates are pretty poor compared to Expedia.

Yes Mr Gimlet, the fact that wotif beat most deals world wide, with the exception of Thailand is noticable.

I wonder why that is?
