Koh Chang to Pattaya

Does anyone know the best way to travel from Koh Chang to Pattaya, and how long it takes?

Minibus is the usual way. They will take you from your resort in KC to your resort in Pattaya for around 600 baht. It takes about 4 hours to Pattaya from the pier on the mainland. There are no direct bus services, you have to change at Rayong fromTrat.

The best way would be a private minibus if you want door to door service from your hotel in Pattaya to your resort on KC.

Obviously costs t more than for a single ticket on a shared minibus. But if you are travelling with a family then it is a much more comfortable way to do the journey.

Expect to pay about 3,800 baht - total - for a minbus..

If you%26#39;re on your own then it%26#39;ll be far less hassle to get Colin to sort you out with a minibus ticket when you%26#39;re on KC. Simple.

If you thought organising a coalition to invade a country posed problems, you%26#39;ve obviously never tried putting together a group of strangers to share a minibus on Koh Chang.

I think I%26#39;ll take your advice! I met Colin and Bo when I was on Koh Chang last year. Maybe I%26#39;ll meet up with you this time if I am able to come. I see you do help a lot of people out.
