Jungceylon: Questions about Carrefour and Food Court/Shops

Last time we went to Phuket, Jungceylon had been partially built and then stopped. It sounds like Jungceylon is now open and I%26#39;m curious to hear more about

a) Carrefour: how does it compare in terms of shopping with Big C in Phuket? I%26#39;m interested in cheap children%26#39;s clothing and t-shirts, mostly.

b) I looked at the Jungceylon web site and it looks like there are quite a few restaurants. Is there also a food court and if so, what type of food is served at the food court? Is it one of those places where you buy tickets up front or do you get a card and have the various shops ring up your purchase on a card and pay for everything when you leave Anything notable?

Thanks!
