Pharmacy Facilities

Hi all - first post on the forum. Heading to Phuket in October for our honeymoon (staying at Moevenpick) - just wondering what are the pharmacy facilities like - i.e. can you get things locally that you can buy back in Australia? Cheers.

Hi there and welcome to Trip Advisor.

There are hundreds of chemists in Phuket also with names like Boots, Watsons etc. They sell everything and prices are a lot cheaper. Some items you dont need scripts you can buy over the counter.

And if you need any medication or medical advice Mr Chin at Chin%26#39;s Pharmacy (in Taina Road Kata center) is very helpful. Also across the road is Dr Chusak. Both very reasonably priced.
