Yaang Come

Greetings! We hope you can offer some advice ...

My husband and I have tried repeatedly over the course of two weeks to book a room at Yaang Come, in Chiang Mai. We%26#39;ve sent them several emails, and even called to the hotel directly three times. We were told they would send us a booking form to complete via email; so far however, we%26#39;ve received nothing.

We%26#39;re rather perplexed by the lack of response. Has anyone else had this kind of trouble making a reservation with Yaang Come?

We%26#39;re about ready to give up and book some place else so we can finalize our plans. Is there a good alternative to the Yaang Come? We would like to stay in a small boutique hotel with Lana style.

I just booked with them yesterday... I booked through Sawadee.com and it worked great...

Why not try booking through them, it%26#39;s even cheaper than booking direct...

We have just booked with them and had no trouble what so ever. They have responded to all my emails within 24 hours and once I had confirmed I wanted to book they sent the booking form immediately.

If you are looking for alternative to Yaang Come you can try RarinJinda Wellness Spa Resort. Their location is near Night Bazaar also. Their prices might be a little higher but they have more facilities than Yaang Come and the place is newer also.

If you don%26#39;t choose to stay there may be you can visit them as they also have an antique Thai teakwood house (140 years old) in their property. One of the nicest teakwood house in Chiang Mai and I heard from my Thai friend that a Thai Princess visit this place also.

We had no problems booking through Sawadee. Would totally recommend you persevere - the hotel is lovely. Just spent 3 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We ended up making our reservations at Yaang Come through Sawadee.com. -- It worked like a charm; we%26#39;re all set and looking forward to our trip this November!

We%26#39;re still confused about what happened when we tried to book reservations directly with Yaang Come ... we tried just about everything (checking our junk mail, calling directly, faxing), but nothing worked.
