Im not sure if there are any in Karon or Kata, but there is in Patong. Do a google search on dentists in Phuket.
Also l have sent you a PM regarding the Horizon in Karon

There is Kata Dent in Kata, on Katekwan Road. Although my shop is closeby I have a different dentist myself: Dr. Tawachai in Phuket Town, opposite the postoffice: tel. 076-210174. Nice guy and knows what he is doing (at least I think so).
