How are the fares from the USA to BKK.

I flew NWA and it was like a ride from Hell.

Need to fly out of SanFran or Seattle - fares are pretty reasonable depending on when you fly.

I fly out of Chicago; sad to say. How are the eats and drinks on EVA? are the drinks free?

I would suggest you fly United, less hassles or changing airlines and if you get delayed or a flight cancelled, they will take care of getting you there or home. Drinks are free and the food is ok.
