I would highly recommend the Body and Mind Day Spa at Karon Beach. I went there on my last trip in 2005 with a group of us and we had the 3hr package and it only cost about $100 AU how cheap!! We went back for 2nds..
I think they now also do other beauty treatments like manicures and pedicures.
We are all going back in Oct this year and will definitely go back there. Its heaven!!
