Hi,
We are planning a trip to Thailand next March and are thinking of camping in national parks. We want to do this by ourselves and not on an organised tour, as in just take our tent and head for the jungle.
Any advise on safty or other issues that we should think about would be much appreciated.
Cheers

you need to go to the thailand National parks website:
www.dnp.go.th
look for the national park that interests you. not all allow you to camp. when you decide which one follow the instructions to book and pay. generally with all park accommodation you must pay in advance. i%26#39;ve done some parks but in bungalow accommodation. had no problem booking and paying.
